Building AI
systems worthy
of trust.
I build safeguards, evaluations, and governance practices that help consequential AI systems hold up in production.
ABOUT
Responsible AI works best woven into how products get built, as a habit of practice rather than a checkpoint at the end.
At Salesforce, I lead Responsible AI strategy for high-risk agentic AI deployments. I work across product, engineering, research, legal, and policy to turn safety questions into system instructions, runtime classifiers, evaluations, interventions, and clear product requirements.
My practice spans red teaming, model evaluation, privacy-by-design, and regulatory translation. The connective tissue is product judgment, finding the intervention that is technically sound, useful to people, and durable at enterprise scale.
Before working in technology, I led public engagement and data privacy initiatives at The Seattle Public Library. That grounding still shapes my approach. Start with the people affected, make tradeoffs visible, and build accountability into the system.
